摘 要:为克服新戊二醇(NPG)饱和蒸汽压较高、易挥发的缺陷,以环氧树脂(EP)作为定形基体,通过包覆固定作用使新戊二醇获得良好的抗挥发性,并研究了复合相变材料的表观形貌、热物性、质量损失率和热循环稳定性等。结果表明,EP能够起到对NPG的包覆作用,显著改善NPG的质量挥发损失,且不影响NPG的相变蓄热性能;NPG/EP复合相变材料的热循环稳定性良好,可以应用在低温建筑节能领域。Aimed to overcome the high saturated steam pressure and volatilization of neopentyl glycol (NPG), epoxy resin (EP) was used as an amorphous substrate to make the NPG have good resistance to volatilization by encapsulating and fixing function. The micro morphology,thermo-physical properties,mass loss rate and thermal stability and reliability performance of the NPG/EP composite PCM were examined and analyzed in details. The results indicate that EP can encapsulate the NPG so well that the mass loss of NPG was decreased obviously. The phase-change thermal reservation properties of NPG were not influenced by EP. NPG/EP composite PCM has good thermal stability and rehability and can be applied in low temperature building energy conservation.
