摘  要:对酚醛板、聚苯乙烯保温板、XPS挤塑板、聚氨酯泡沫保温材料、橡塑保温材料等常用的有机保温材料开展单体燃烧试验研究,获得其燃烧速率增长指数、600 s内总热释放量、600 s内总产烟量、烟气生成速率指数、火焰横向传播等关键参数,分析各材料的燃烧性能。研究表明:酚醛板、聚苯乙烯保温板、XPS挤塑板、橡塑保温材料基本属于难燃材料,而聚氨酯泡沫保温材料属于可燃材料或易燃材料。This paper presented an experimental study on some organic heat preservation material,like phenolic foam board, expandable polystyrene insulation board,extrusion polystyrene insulation board,polyurethane foam insulation material and rubber foam insulation material. The single burning item was used during the investigation. The FIGRA,THR~,TSP^s, SMOGRA,LFS and other parameters obtained from the experiments. The combustion performances of these organic heat preservation materials were then analyzed. The study concludes as follows:phenolic foam board,expandable polystyrene insulation board,extrusion polystyrene insulation board and rubber foam insulation material maybe semi-combustible material. Polyurethane foam insulation material is inflammable material or combustible material.
