摘 要:针对LIFAC脱硫灰渣高钙高硫,具有自硬性的特征,提出基于"熟料胶砂28 d抗压强度比"的脱硫灰渣活性评价方法,并进行LIFAC脱硫灰渣活性测试验证试验,结果表明,"熟料胶砂28 d抗压强度比"评价方法利用脱硫灰渣SO3作为熟料调凝剂,降低了胶砂体系中SO3超标的可能,较真实科学地反映了脱硫灰渣的活性;当评价低含硫量脱硫灰渣活性时,"熟料胶砂28 d抗压强度比"评价结果与现行标准方法"水泥胶砂28 d抗压强度比"评价结果具有一致性。因此,"熟料胶砂28 d抗压强度比"用于评价工业废渣活性值得推广。LIFAC desulfurization ash is a kind of high calcium and high sulfur content ash with the ability of self-hardening in certain conditions. According to its characteristics,a new activity evaluation method based on 28 d compressive strength ratio of clinker mortar is established to analyze its pozzolanic activity. Verification test is simultaneously conducted to check the reliability of this method. Result shows the proposed method take S03 contained in desulfurization ash as clinker retarding agent so that overproof possibility of S03 in clinker mortar system is decreased, which can reflect the true activity of desulfurization ash. When evaluating the activity of low sulfur content desulfurization ash,the result of proposed method has consistency with the existing method which is based on 28 d compressive strength ratio of cement colloidal mortar. Therefore,the proposed method has strong adaptability in evaluating activity of industrial waste and is worth popularizing.
