摘  要:从原料及成型工艺等方面简单介绍混凝土夹芯复合砌块、泡沫玻璃和泡沫玻璃压块,并对这3种材料作为集保温、承重、装饰效果于一体的复合保温夹芯墙体芯材的可行性进行分析选择。结果表明:混凝土夹芯复合砌块中的EPS保温板由于老化等问题需要选用替代品;泡沫玻璃和泡沫玻璃颗粒压块虽然技术还不是很成熟,但仍是新型夹芯保温墙体夹芯材料的很好选择。This paper briefly introduces the compound concrete sandwich block,cellular glass and cellular glass pressing block with regard to the raw materials and shaping process and analyzes and selects the feasibility of the sandwich materials of compound temperature protection sandwich wall in which such three kinds of materials are used as the integration of temperature protection,bearing and decoration effects. The results show that some substitutes are needed for the EPS temperature protection panel in the compound concrete sandwich blocks due to the aging problem. Although cellular glass and cellular glass articles pressing blocks are not matured in technique,they are still the proper selection of materials for sandwich in the new-type sand- wich temperature protection wall.
