摘 要:设计了基于LabVIEW的液压缸试验测控系统。在分析了液压缸试验系统的原理、组成的基础上,根据系统相应的输入输出信号对控制系统进行硬件配置。以液压缸试验系统为研究对象,使用工控机作为处理器,对试验系统执行元件进行控制,应用采集卡对位移、压力等参数进行数据采集;利用LabVIEW对数据进行处理和显示并进行画面的编制,实现了对试验系统的实时测控。A kind of test measurement and control system of hydraulic cylinder based on LabVIEW was designed. Based on the analysis of the principle and structure of the test measurement and control system, the control system hardware configuration was made according to the corresponding input and output of the system. By taking the hydraulic cylinder test system as a research object, using Industrial Personal Computer (IPC) as the controller, the actuators of the test system were controlled, and the shift, pressure and other parameters were acquired by applying the data acquisition card. The real-time measurement and control of the system are realized by using LabVIEW for data processing and displaying and screen fabrication.
