摘  要:针对传统的解析方法难以对数控车削加工过程进行精确分析与求解,提出了利用热力耦合弹塑性变形有限元法分析数控车削加工过程,并对其关键技术进行了探讨。实验证明:该方法可以有效模拟金属加工过程中因热力耦合作用下的工件、刀具及切屑中的非均匀应力场、应变场和温度场分布情况。为深入研究金属切削原理、预测切削力、优化切削参数及改进加工工艺等提供了理论依据。Aiming at the difficulty of analyzing and solving accurately of Numerical Control (NC) turning process through tradi- tional analytic method, analyzing the NC turning process was proposed by using the thermo-mechanical elastic deformation finite ele- ment method (FEM), and the key technology of it was discussed. Experiments prove that this method can efficiently simulate the dis- tribution condition of non-uniform stress field, strain field and temperature field of the workpieces, cutter and cuttings, which is effec- ted by the action of thermo-mechanical coupling in metal work process. It provides the theoretical basis for the intensive study of metal- cutting principle, predicting cutting force, optimizing cutting parameters and improving processing technics, and so on.
