摘 要:从污染磨损引起泄漏的角度分析污染颗粒对外啮合齿轮泵的影响,介绍了液压元件的污染敏感度理论(Omega理论)并应用Omega理论对外啮合液压泵进行污染磨损寿命分析。介绍了泵的污染敏感度试验方法,根据外啮合齿轮泵的磨损泄漏模型对试验数据进行优化,求出泵污染敏感度的值并预测得到其污染磨损寿命。结果表明:该方法能准确评价液压泵的抗污染磨损性能并预测其污染磨损寿命,为液压泵的选择和可靠性分析提供理论参考。The influence of contaminated particles on hydraulic external gear pump from the perspective of leaks caused by con- taminant wear was discussed. First, the contaminant sensitivity theory (Omega theory) and the contaminant sensitivity test method of pumps were introduced. Then based on the external gear pump leakage model to optimize the test data and applying the analytical mod- el of pump contaminant sensitivity, the value of external gear pump contaminant sensitivity was calculated, as well as the pump contam- inant life was forecasted. The results show that this method can accurately evaluate pumps' resistance on contaminant wear and predict pumps' contaminant wear-life, which can offer theoretical guidance on pump selecting and reliability analysis.
