摘　　要：针对传统的可靠性分析中寿命分布模型识别方法的局限性,提出一种基于最大总体平均隶属优势准则的寿命分布模型模糊模式识别方法,并将该方法应用于基于定时截尾寿命试验的定量泵寿命分布类型的识别,结合可靠性浴盆曲线,分析了某型柱塞式定量泵的截尾寿命分布模型。分析结果验证了该方法的正确性,为定量泵的可靠性分析提供一定参考。Aiming at the limitations of traditional life distribution model identification method in reliability analysis, a fuzzy pat- tern recognition method of life distribution model based on the maximum overall average membership advantages guidelines was pro- posed. Then the method was used to identify the life distribution type of constant displacement pump based on timing censored life test. Finally, the censored life distribution model of constant displacement truncated pump was analyzed based on its reliability tub-curve. The results verify the correctness of the method and provide some reference for the reliability analysis of the hydraulic pump.
