摘  要:重庆双碑嘉陵江大桥为主跨330m的高、低塔单索面预应力混凝土斜拉桥,主梁为单箱三室斜腹板结构,采用新型带铰组合挂篮悬臂现浇施工,挂篮重269t,最大承重594t。为验证该新型带铰组合挂篮的受力性能与安全性以及已浇0号块主梁的安全性,采取模拟混凝土浇筑工艺过程进行挂篮加载试验,测试挂篮主要杆件的承载力和变形、斜拉索的索力、主梁0号块翼板混凝土的应力增量,观测0号块裂纹情况。结果表明:在各工况下,挂篮主要构件的承载力和变形满足规范要求,弧形梁及三角桁架的应力增量均比较正常,铰的存在降低了挂篮翼板处的刚度;斜拉索索力与理论计算相符;挂篮加载对主梁混凝土的变形与应力影响较小,主梁混凝土无新增裂纹。The main bridge of the Shuangbei Jialing River Bridge in Chongqing is a pres- tressed concrete cable-stayed bridge with a single cable plane, unequal height pylons and with a main span of 330 m. The main girder of the bridge is the three-cell single-box structure with in- clined webs and is constructed by the new type of the combined form traveler with hinges by the cantilever casting-in-situ method. The form traveler weighs 269 t and the maximum carrying ca- pacity of the traveler is 594 t. To verify the mechanical behavior and safety of the traveler and the safety of the main girder with the cast segment No. 0, the loading tests for the traveler were made, using the simulated construction technology for casting of the concrete. The carrying ca- pacity and deformation of the main members of the traveler, the stay cable forces and the stress increment in the concrete of wing slabs of the segment No. 0 were checked and the crack develop- ment in the segment was observed. The results of the tests show that under the different load ca- ses, the carrying capacity and deformation of the main members can satisfy the relevant require- ments in the codes and the stress increment in the arc beams and triangle truss units is normal.The existence of the hinges in the traveler reduces the rigidity of the positions of the wing slabs. The measured stay cable forces are accordant with those of the theoretic calculation. The influ- ence of loading on the traveler on the deformation and stress of the concrete of the main girder is little and no new cracks have been found in the concrete.
