摘 要:通过纯矿物试验和赞比亚谦比希某铜矿实际矿物试验,研究了新型捕收剂CSU-21对黄铜矿的浮选性能,并与现场捕收剂SIPX(主要成分为异丙基黄药)进行了对比。试验结果表明,新型捕收剂CSU-21在中性和弱碱性条件下对黄铜矿具有很强的捕收能力,明显强于现场捕收剂SIPX,且CSU-21在较低用量下便可高效回收黄铜矿。实际矿石浮选结果表明,单独采用CSU-21,相对于采用CSU-21与SIPX(1∶1)混合捕收剂,铜回收率明显提高。采用分段磨矿-浮选工艺,CUS-21为捕收剂,经过一次粗选、两次扫选、三次精选的闭路浮选流程,获得了总铜品位23.61%,回收率90%的铜精矿。Based on the flotation tests conducted with chalcopyrite single minerals and actual samples of copper ore from Chambishi of Zambia, the chalcopyrite-collecting performance of a newly-developed collector, CSU-21, was evaluated by comparing with the currently used collector SIPX (the main ingredients is sodium isopropyl xanthate). The results show that, CSU-21 in neutral or alkaline pulp exhibits obviously higher collecting power than SIPX, and functions well in collecting chalcopyrite even with a small dosage. According the test on actual ore, using the sole collector CSU-21 compared with a combined collector of CSU-21 and SIPX in a ratio of 1 : 1, can result in a higher copper recovery. By adopting technique of stage grinding-flotation with a closed-circuit flotation flowsheet consisting of one stage of roughing, two stages of scavenging and three stages of cleaning, a copper concentrate with Cu grade and recovery of 23.61% and 90%, respectively, can be obtained with CSU-21 as the collector.
