摘 要:介绍了五叠层高频振动细筛的结构特点及主要优点。工业应用表明,五叠层高频振动细筛在各阶段的平均筛分质效率和量效率分别高达49.19%和78.07%,获得的最终精矿品位平均高达65.62%,原矿台时处理量平均高达55.31 t/h,相比尼龙细筛,精矿品位平均提高了1.14个百分点,台时处理量提高了6.49 t/h。The structural characteristics and main merits of 5-deck high-frequency vibrating fine screen were introduced. The commercial application of 5-deck high-frequency vibrating fine screens indicated that the average efficiencies of quality and volume at each screening stage amount as high as 49.19% and 78.07%, respectively, the average grade of final concentrates reaches 65.62% and its capacity in processing feed ore attains 55.31 t/h. Compared with nylon fine screens, the average grade of concentrate increased by 1.14 percentage point while the capacity of each fine screen increased by 6.49 t/h.
