摘 要:对微波焙烧高钛渣制备人造金红石工艺进行了中试研究。采用均匀设计安排了中试实验,验证了放大准则,确定了放大参数,同时考察了原料粒度、煅烧温度和通氧量等工艺条件对微波焙烧高钛渣的影响。结果表明:微波焙烧时间是决定高钛渣氧化程度的关键参数。当高钛渣处理量为120 kg/h,微波焙烧时间为4 h时,最优工艺参数为原料粒度275μm,焙烧温度950℃,通氧量0.557 m3/h,在此条件下高钛渣的氧化率可以达到91%。A pilot study was conducted on preparation of synthetic rutile by roasting of high titanium slag with microwave heating. A uniform test design was adopted in the pilot test. After the amplifying criteria was verified, amplifying parameters were finally determined. Effects of technological conditions including size of raw materials, roasting temperature and the amount of oxygen on microwave roasting of high titanium slag were investigated. Result shows the roasting time by microwave heating is the critical parameter in the oxidation of high titanium slag. With the throughput of high titanium slag at 120 kg/h, after 4 h of roasting at a temperature of 950℃, with raw materials at grain size of 275 μm and amount of oxygen around 0.557 m3/h, the oxidation rate of high titanium slag can be up to 91%.
