摘  要:针对开关型间隙电气元件的放电在时间和空间上都是剧烈变化的暂态过程,导致其电气参数难以测量等问题,通过对气体辉光、弧光的放电机制分析,依据IEC61643-311气体放电管性能测试电路设计部分的标准要求,研究开发出一台针对开关型电气元件的辉光、弧光放电测试装置。经软件仿真及反复试验表明,研制的辉光、弧光放电测试装置能够准确有效地测量开关型间隙电气元件辉光、弧光放电时的伏安特性曲线。In terms of that the discharge of switch and gap type electric component is a transient process with a drastic change in time and space, so it is difficult to measure the relevant parameters accurately. To solve this problem, through the analysis of the gas's glow and arc discharge mechanism, a glow and arc discharge device is developed for the switch and gap type electric component according to the requirement of gas discharge tube test circuit designing part in IEC61643-311. The software simulation and repeated test shows that the developed device is able to measure the volt-ampere characteristic curves during glow and arc discharging of switch and gap type electric component effectively, that can provide the accurate data for the reasearch of switch and gap type electric component's freewheeling and volt-ampere characteristics.
