摘 要:啤酒生产过程中会产生大量的废水,必须经过处理达到排放标准后排放或者达到回用标准后回用。根据啤酒废水来源不同其水质明显不同,这是废水回用的基础。对啤酒生产工艺及废水产生情况进行了介绍,综述了几种新型废水回用技术,主要包括膜过滤、膜生物反应器、低温等离子体以及电化学方法,总结了这些新技术各自的优缺点,并对其在废水回用中的应用情况作相关展望。A large amount of wastewater will come into being in the process of brewery production. It is required that the wastewater must be discharged after it has reached the discharge standard or it must be reused after it has reached the reuse standard. Since the sources of brewery wastewater are different, its water quality is different obvi- ously,which is the base of reuse. The brewery production technologies and the situation that wastewater brought about are introduced. Some new types of wastewater reuse technologies are summarized, mainly including membrane filtration, membrane bioreactor,low-temperature plasma and electrochemical methods. Their advantages and disad- vantages are summarized. Their application to the reuse of wastewater is looked forward.
