摘  要:研究了异养菌和余氯对无磷共聚物AA/AMPS/HPA稳定锌盐、磷酸盐性能的影响及对配方缓蚀性能的影响,结果表明:在Ca2+为1 000 mg/L、碱度270 mg/L条件下,余氯和异养菌对AA/AMPS/HPA稳定锌盐性能影响较小,46 d后稳锌率均高于80%;异养菌对AA/AMPS/HPA稳定磷酸盐性能的影响要大于余氯的影响,含异养菌配水46 d后稳磷率仅为67%,而含余氯配水稳磷率高达88%;余氯会加剧碳钢的腐蚀,现场应用时应控制余氯的量。The effects of heterotrophic bacteria and residual chlorine on the stabilizing capacity of non-phosphorus polymers AA/AMPS/HPA for zinc salt and phosphate and on the corrosion inhibiting capacity for the formulation have been studied. The results show that heterotrophic bacteria and residual chlorine have less effect on the stabiliz- ing capacity of AA/AMPS/HPA for zinc, under the following conditions : Ca2+is 1 000 mg/L, and alkalinity 270 mg/L. After 46 days, the stabilizing capacities of AA/AMPS/HPA for zinc salt are both higher than 80%. The effect of het- erotrophic bacteria on the stabilizing capacity of AMAMPS/HPA for phosphate is higher than that of residual chlo- rine. After 46 days, the stabilizing capacity of AMAMPS/HPA for phosphate in the water distribution containing het- erotrophic bacteria is only 67% ,while that in the water distribution containing residual chlorine is as high as 88%. Residual chlorine can intensify the corrosion of carbon steel. During field application, the dosage of residual chlorine should be controlled.
