摘　　要：采用ABR（厌氧折板反应器）＋生物接触氧化组合工艺对乳业废水进行处理,当进水COD约为800～3 500mg/L、BOD5约为600～2 100 mg/L、SS≤500 mg/L、动植物油≤500 mg/L时,经该工艺处理后出水COD稳定在44～62 mg/L、BOD5稳定在8.2～11 mg/L、SS稳定在14～20 mg/L、动植物油脂≤10 mg/L,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》（GB8978-1996）一级标准的要求.工程运行实践表明,该系统运行稳定,处理效率高,具有良好的经济效益与环境效益.The ABR ＋biological contact oxidation process has been applied to the treatment of dairy wastewater. When the influent COD is 800-3 500 mg/L,BOD5 is about 600-2 100 mg/L,SS ≤500 mg/L,and animal fats and vegetable oils ≤ 500 mg/L, the treated effluent COD keeps at 44-62 mg/L, BOD5 at 8.2-11 mg/L, SS at 14-20 mg/L, and animal fats and vegetable oils ≤10 mg/L,reaching the water quality requirements of the first class of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard （GB 8978J 1996）. The project operation practice shows that the system runs steadi- ly and has high treatment efficiency, obtaining great economic and environmental benefits.
