摘 要:对传统巴西试验进行了改进,并用传统巴西试验和改进巴西试验测量了粒状11/7单基发射药的抗拉强度。结果表明,传统巴西试验中发射药端面的初始裂纹发生在加载区附近,不在中心点,不满足巴西试验中心起裂的条件,而改进巴西试验中发射药端面的初始裂纹发生在端面中心,只有一条主裂纹,显示改进巴西试验方法更适合于测试粒状发射药的抗拉强度。The traditional Brazilian test were improved and traditional and improved Brazilian test methods were em- ployed to measure the tensile strength of granular 11/7 gun propellant. Results show that in traditional Brazilian test the initial crack of the end face of gun propellant forms near the loaded edge, out of the center of the end face, which does not satisfy the condition of the center cracking for Brazilian test, while in improved Brazilian test the initial crack of the end face of gun propellant forms at the center of end face, having one diametrical crack only, revealing that improved Brazilian test is more appropriate for measuring the tensile strength of granular gun propellant.
