摘 要:采用接触角测量仪、红外光谱仪和电子显微镜等分析仪器,研究了低温等离子体处理对纯聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯-1,4-环己烷二甲醇酯(PETG)和PETG/竹粉复合材料表面改性效果的影响。结果表明,经等离子体处理,纯PETG和PETG/竹粉复合材料分子上引入了极性基团,表面粗糙度增大,表面润湿性提高;极性含氧官能团的亲水性对减小材料表面接触角的贡献大于材料表面粗糙度的;PETG/竹粉复合材料等离子体处理的时效性优于纯PETG;2种材料在放电功率300 W时的等离子体改性效果最佳;300 W及以下放电功率的等离子体处理2种材料后,PETG/竹粉复合材料的吸水率较高,且吸水率随着放电功率的增大而增加;放电功率为500 W的等离子体相比于放电功率为300 W的等离子体,处理PETG/竹粉复合材料后,PETG/竹粉复合材料的短期吸水率较低,长期吸水率较高。By the aid of contact angle measurement instrument , infrared spectrum analysis and electron microscope analysis , the influence of modification effects of low temperature plasma treatment on pure polyethylene glycol -co-cyclohexane-1,4-dimethanol terephthalate ( PETG) and PETG/bamboo flour composite were discussed .The results showed that , after plasma treated , the polar groups were introduced into both of pure PETG and PETG/bamboo flour composite , the surface roughness and surface wettability were increased .The contribution of polar oxygen-containing functional groups to reducing of the surface contact angle was stronger than that of the surface roughness .Wettability of PETG/bamboo flour composite treated by plasma could be kept in longer period than that of pure PETG after plasma treatment .Both of materials could get best treatment effect by 300 W plasma modifications . After modified by less than or equal to 300 W plasma, the water absorption of PETG/bamboo flour composite was higher, and increased with the discharge power increasing .After treated by 500 W plasma, PETG/bamboo flour composite short term rate of water absorption was lower, but long term rate of water absorption was higher than that treated by plasma that its discharge power had been 300 W.
