摘　　要：解淀粉芽孢杆菌在其生长过程中能够产生多种抑菌物质,具有广泛抑制真菌与细菌的功能,近年来解淀粉芽孢杆菌作为益生菌的应用方面的研究与探索越来越多。本文旨在对解淀粉芽孢杆菌的生理生化特性、抑菌物质及其作为益生菌的应用等方面进行综述。Bacillus amyloliquefaciens produces a variety of antimicrobial substances in its growth process, and has a broad ability to inhibit the fungi and bacteria. There are more and more researches and explores about Ba- cillus amyloliquefaciens in recent years. The physiology and biochemistry properties, antimicrobial substances of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens and the application of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens as a probiotic are summarized.
