摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲粮铜添加水平对9~12周龄泰和鸟骨鸡生产性能及组织黑色素含量的影响。选用57日龄泰和乌骨鸡270只,随机分成6组,每组3个重复,每个重复15只鸡。试验鸡饲喂在基础饲粮(铜含量为4.80mg/kg)中分别添加0、5、15、30、60、125mg/kg铜的饲粮,饲养至84日龄。结果表明:饲粮铜添加水平对9~12周龄泰和乌骨鸡平均日增重、平均日采食量和料重比均无显著影响(P〉0.05),但适量添加可显著或极显著影响其血清、肝脏、肾脏、皮肤及肌肉的黑色素含量、酪氨酸酶活性(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),并呈现出随饲粮铜添加水平提高而先升后降的趋势。回归分析袁明,泰和乌骨鸡取得最佳组织黑色素沉积时,玉米-豆粕型饲粮适宜铜添加水平为50~72mg/kg。由此可知,玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮中添加铜对9-12周龄泰和乌骨鸡生产性能无显著影响,但添加适宜水平的铜可提高组织黑色素含量。The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of dietary copper (Cu) supplemental level on performance and melanin content in tissues of Taihe silky fowls aged 9 to 12 weeks. A total of 270 57-day-old Taihe silky fowls were randomly allotted to 6 groups with 3 replicates per group and 15 birds per replicate. The birds were fed a corn-soybean meal based diet (containing Cu 4.80 mg/kg) with 0, 5, 15, 30, 60 and 125 mg/kg Cu, respectively, and were raised to 84 days of age. The results showed as follows: the average daily gain (ADG), the average daily feed intake (ADFI) and the ratio of feed to gain (F/G) of Taihe silky fowls aged 9 to 12 weeks were not influenced by dietary Cu supplemental level (P 〉 0.05 ). And, the melanin content and tyrosinase activity in serum, liver, kidney, skin and muscle of Taihe silky fowls aged 9 to 12 weeks were significantly affected by dietary suitable Cu supplementation ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). All above parameters tended to increase at first and then decrease with Cu supplemental level increasing. As indicated by regression analysis, maximum melanin content in tissues could be obtained when the corn-soybean based diets were supplemented with 50 to 72 mg/kg Cu. It is concluded that the performance of Taihe silky fowls aged 9 to 12 weeks is not influenced by the supplementation of Cu in the corn-soybean based diets, but the supplemen- tation of Cu can stimulate melanin biosynthesis in tissues of Taihe silky fowls.
