摘 要:为了满足现代制造业的灵捷虚拟性要求,面向灵捷虚拟资源重组方案设计开发,构建基于多代理系统的灵捷虚拟资源重组框架,开发有效的资源重组技术。基于文献述评,提出自上至下以及自下至上相结合的动态重组思想,分析动态重组的内涵及特征,建立融入模糊理论的资源重组加权满意度函数。进一步利用进化算法求得面向多项工作任务的灵捷虚拟资源重组全局优化解,结合聚类分析法作出灵捷虚拟资源重组的最满意决策。并提供某制造业的实例,验证了上述算法的有效性及可行性。In order to meet agility and virtuality requirement of modern manufacturing industry, an agile virtual resources reconfiguration research framework was built based on multi-agent system, and an effective resource reconfiguration technology was developed. Based on literature review, a re-source reconfiguration thought with a top-down and bottom-up analysis was proposed to construct an objective function of weighting satisfaction degree. Then, an improved evolutionary algorithm was used to solve agile virtual resources reconfiguration problems with the objective of maximizing weigh-ting satisfaction degree and to obtain a global optimization solution of agile virtual resource reconfigu-ration that faces multi jobs. Finally, the most satisfied decision was made for agile virtual resource reconfiguration, combined with clustering analysis method. The new algorithm was tested with prac-tical problems of a plant and the simulation result comformed the vadility and feasibility of the algo-rithm.
