摘　　要：以（O）5.0 mm 1 770 MPa级Galfan合金镀层钢丝为例,介绍大规格高强度钢绞线拉索及吊杆用Galfan合金镀层钢丝的生产.钢丝拉拔平均部分压缩率约18.79％.表面脱脂采用中温电解碱洗,氢氧化钠质量浓度为180 ～260 g/L,温度为80～95℃;酸洗采用盐酸常温酸洗,盐酸质量浓度为170 ～ 230 g/L;助镀剂氯化铵质量浓度为100 ～ 120 g/L,助镀温度为80～95℃;热镀锌温度为460℃,Dv值为180 mm.m/min,采用电磁擦拭技术确保锌层面质量≥420g/m2.采用上述工艺生产的（O）4.0 mm以上大规格Galfan合金镀层钢丝具有优良的耐腐蚀性能,使用寿命比普通镀锌产品长2～3倍,锌层面质量400～550g/m2,且锌层表面光滑平整、直径均匀、外观光洁度好,可满足客户对大规格高强度钢绞线拉索及吊杆用Galfan合金镀层钢丝的质量要求.To introduce production of Galfan alloy coating steel wire for large size and high strength steel strand cable and hanger rod taking diameter 5.0 mm 1 770 MPa grade Galfan alloy coating steel wire as example. Steel wire drawing average part compression ratio is about 18.79%. Surface degrease treatment adopts medium temperature electrolysis cleaning, mass concentration of NaOH is 180 - 260 g/L, temperature is 80 -95 ℃, pickling adopts HC1 normal temperature pickling, mass concentration of HC1 is 170- 230 g/L, flux NH4C1 mass concentration is 100 - 120 g/L, flux temperature is 80 -95℃, hot galvanizing temperature is 460 ℃ , Dv value is 180 mm - rn/min, electromagnetism wiping technology is adopted to assure zinc coating mass is not less than 420 g/m2, diameter over 4.0 mm large size Galfan alloy coating produced with a- bove process has good corrosion resistance property, service life is longer than common galvanizing product 2- 3 times, zinc coating mass is 400 -550 g/m2 , and zinc coating surface is smooth and fiat, diameter is even, appearance is bright- ness, which can meet the requirement of customers quality need on Galfan alloy coating steel wire for large size and high strength steel strand cable and hanger rod.
