摘　　要：项目反应理论是现代发展较为完善的心理测量理论,是对经典测量理论的补充发展,伴随着计算机发展而被应用于考试题库的建设、测验的编制和项目分析等方面.详细介绍项目反应理论在国内外计算机自适应考试中的应用,并且分析它们在国内外应用中的异同.Item response theory （IRT） is relatively perfect modern development of psychological measurement theo- ry, it is the complementary development of classical measurement theory, along with development of computer and application to the construction of examination question bank, the preparation of the test, project analysis and so on, the application of IRT in the domestic and foreign computer adaptive test is reviewed, and their similarities and differences in the application at home and abroad are analyzed.
