摘  要:本文介绍《水工建筑物抗震设计规范》修编组根据国内外有关研究成果和近年地震震害经验教训,开展土石坝及地基抗震专题研究的情况和主要修编内容,包括:调整工程建设场地分类方法;调整工程正常运行时标准贯入点深度和地下水位埋深与进行标准贯入试验时贯入点深度和地下水位埋深不同时的标准贯入击数校正公式;补充规定对设计烈度7度及以上的1、2级土石坝,应同时用有限元法对坝体和坝基进行动力分析,并综合评价其抗震稳定性;补充规定对土石坝地震作用效应进行动力分析的原则要求;补充规定进行土石坝动力分析所需计算参数确定的原则要求;补充规定根据动力法成果对土石坝的抗震安全性进行综合评价的原则要求;补充规定针对面板堆石坝的抗震工程措施。According to the relevant research results in the seismic design of the earth-rock-fill dam and foundation, as well as experiences and lessons learned from damages in recent years, our research team on revision of "Specifications for seismic design of hydraulic structures" has carried out studies on the key problems in the seismic design of earth-rock-fill dams and foundations, and some specifications for the seismic design and additional regulations are made. The revision includes: 1) the engineering construction site classification method is revised; 2) correction formula for the standard penetration test N values is revised for the case that the depths of penetration points and the ground water level after the project completion are different from those used in standard penetration tests. The additional regulations include: 1) finite element method should be used to analyze earth-rock-fill dams of grades 1 and 2 designed with seismic intensity over 7 degrees, and to comprehensively evaluate aseismic stability of the dam and foundation; 2) finite element method dynamic analysis shall be made for studying the earthquake responses of earth-rock-fill dams; 3) requirements on determining the parameters for dynamic analysis are added; 4) comprehensive evaluation of the aseismic safety of earth-rock-fill dam shall be made according to the dynamic analysis results; and 5) earthquake resistant measures for concrete faced rock-fill dams are added.
