摘　　要：本文基于福建某电站轴流转桨式机组实际的运行与检修,运用3dsMax、premiere和Director等软件技术,开发了轴流转浆式水轮发电机组多媒体检修仿真系统。该系统以三维动画,视频,配音解说,现场图片等多种形式全面而清晰地展示了轴流转浆式水轮发电机组拆卸和安装流程及注意事项。系统中长达两个多小时的动画演示是本系统最突出的特色之一。该系统为轴流转桨式机组检修培训提供了极大的方便,有力地提高了培训效果。This paper develops a multimedia simulation system for Kaplan turbine units, based on the practice operation and maintenance of a Kaplan turbine unit in Fujian Province. This system applies software technologies of 3dsMax, premiere, and director. To show comprehensively and clearly all the detailed procedures and precautions of Kaplan Turbine units＇ demolition and assemble, the system uses various visualization tools such as three-dimensional animation, video, voice commentary, scene pictures, etc. One of the most prominent features in this article is an animation lasting more than two hours long. This provides great convenience for maintenance training and improves training effect.
