摘　　要：在城镇化的进程中,随着传统社会形态的转型,大量体育非物质文化遗产失去了依托的主体与重要组成元素,面临着文化流失与消逝的现状。与此同时,物质文明的丰富和社会节奏的加快,让人们寻找和选择富有文化内涵的体育休闲方式作为放松身心的手段。如果能够将优秀的体育非物质文化遗产有效地融入到人们的体育休闲生活中,在运动中享受传统文化的盛宴,不失为传承和保护体育非物质文化遗产的创新方式。In the process of urbanization, with the transformation of the traditional social form, lots of the sports intangible cultural heritages have lost what they can rely on and the important components, facing the situation of cultural losing and elapsing. At the same time, the shock of information age and the background of culture prosperity make people seek for and choose sports leisure way fulling of cultural connotation as the way to relax themselves. If the excellent sports intangible cultural heritages can be integrated into people’s sports leisure life, people can enjoy the process of learning with pleasure in sports, which is the creative way to inherit and protect the sports intangible cultural heritage.
