摘  要:为证实大鼠脊髓横断损伤后胶质细胞凋亡的存在及其随时间变化的规律 ,采用TUNEL法标记凋亡细胞 ,并用透射电镜加以证实。结果提示 ,胶质细胞损伤后凋亡出现于 4h ,高峰在损伤后 1周。持续 3周以上 ,提示骨髓损伤胶质细胞凋亡同坏死一样 ,亦是细胞死亡的重要形式。To prove the exist of apoptosis of glial cells after spinal cord transection in rats and demonstrate its law with time change,the positive cells were labeled with TUNEL method and were additionally observed by electron microscope.The results indicated that apoptosis of glial cells begin to appear at 4 hours postinjury,reached the peak at 7 days,continued for more than 3 weeks.It thus suggests that apoptosis.like necrosis,is a form of cell death after spinal cord injury(SCI).
