社会规范视角下的关系理论之合法性研究

摘　　要：对国内外关系理论和近似理论文献的梳理,为中国学者走出关系理论合法性困境提供了潜在机会。通过明晰中国式"关系"的概念,在总结关系前因变量和结果效应的基础上,给出关系理论在社会规范视角下的解释,并最终通过将社会资本理论、社会交换理论、信任理论与关系理论进行对比,提出论证关系合法性的可能突破口。Base on an intensive examination of the literature on guanxi and some related theories, we propose some potential possibilities for guanxi researchers to break the dilemma. Firstly, we clari- fy the concept of guanxi, exhibit findings about the antecedents and consequences of guanxi. Then, we elaborate on how we can define guanxi as a unique combination of relational structure and social norms in Chinese context. As a conclusion, we compare guanxi with the theories of social capital, so- cial exchange and trust, and put forward some future directions for guanxi research.
