摘　　要：目前我国社会就业压力日益加大,针对城市低收入群体的就业问题,国家相关部门相继出台了一系列旨在减轻城市低收入群体就业压力的政策,这一系列政策中具有一些伦理意蕴。主要从伦理视角出发,分析就业政策的相关问题,提出了未来就业政策需要强化政府促进责任、坚持以人为本完善就业政策、实现政策对象从选择性到普惠性的发展以及坚持就业政策内部与外部协调发展的对策建议。The current employment pressure of growing wider, in view of the employment problem for urban low - income groups, the relevant state departments have issued a series of policies aimed at reducing the pres- sure on employment for low - income groups , there have some ethical significance in the policies. This article mainly from the ethical perspective analyzes the current situation of employment policy and the related prob- lems, put forward the future employment policy to strengthen the responsibility of the government , adhere to the people - centered, to perfect the employment policy, implement the policy object from selective to the de- velopment of the universality and adhere to internal and external coordination of development.
