摘　　要：[目的]探讨临床护理路径在口腔癌伴糖尿病病人围术期的应用效果。[方法]将80例口腔癌伴糖尿病病人随机分为观察组和对照组,两组均采用联合根治术,观察组按设计好的临床护理路径实施治疗和护理,对照组实施常规护理,比较两组病人住院时间、住院费用、并发症发生率、护理质量满意度及对疾病相关知识掌握度有无差别。[结果]观察组住院时间、住院费用、并发症发生率、病人满意度及对疾病相关知识掌握度优于对照组,经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]临床护理路径应用于口腔癌伴糖尿病病人围术期能减少住院时间、住院费用及并发症,保证护理质量。Objective：To probe into application effect of clinical nursing pathway in oral cancer patients complicated with diabetes in perioperative period.Methods：A total of 80 cases of oral cancer patients complicated with diabetes were divided into experimental group （38 cases）and control group （42 cases）,and they were treated by combined radical surgery,pa-tients in observation group received treatment and care based on designed clinical care path,patients in control group received routine care,then to compare the hospitalization time,hospital costs,incidence of complications, patients’satisfaction and mastering of diseases related knowledge between both groups.Results：In observation group,hospitalization time,hospital costs,incidence of complications,patients’satisfaction and mastering of disease related knowledge were better than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05 ）.Conclusion：Clinical nursing pathway used in oral cancer patients complicated with diabetes in perioperative period can reduce the length of stay,hospital costs and com-plications,and ensure quality of care.
