摘　　要：目的 探讨提高急诊期耳部损伤诊断及治疗水平。方法 对431例耳部损伤患者的病情等资料分析,均采用手术治疗。结果 428例痊愈,3例欠佳。结论 为明确诊断:①除局部征象外应注意全身的症状与体征;②耳部CT应列为常规检查;③注意鼻部、眶底和颅脑等并发的其它严重损伤。治疗建议按耳部受伤情况分型及处理。Objective To study and improve accurate methods of diagnosis and ear trauma in the emergency. Methods 431 patients suffered from ear injury were classified by degree of lesion. All of them were treated by ear surgery of diagnosis. Results 428 cases were cured. 3 patients were not very effective. Conclusion To diagnose better, one must pay attention to the symptoms of eye, orbital floor and nasoethmoid sinus fracture and other severe injuries, CT scan is alse necesary for diagnosis.
