摘  要:为实现适配汽车高速发动机的轻微型机械式变速器传动效率测试,设计了共直流母线能量回馈电封闭式试验台。对传动系统测试台架类型进行了对比分析,设计了台架总体结构和远程自动换挡机械手,搭建了基于Profibus-DP网络的测控系统,实现了PLC与S120变频控制器以及工控机中ProfiⅡ从站的通信,并利用PCI-1711多功能数据采集卡实现了对试验过程信号的高速采集。该台架有良好的节能效果和扩展性能。In order to realize the transmission efficiency testing of mini mechanical transmission which is adapted on vehicle high--speed engine, an electrically closed test bench with DC-bus to feed- back energy is designed. Different types of transmission test bench are compared and analyzed. The o- verall structure and remote automatic shift mechanism are also designed. The measurement and control system based on Profibus--DP is set up, the communication between PLC and variable frequency in- verter S120 and Profi Ⅱ in industrial personal computer are realized. The high-speed acquisition of the testing process signals are realized through multifunction data acquisition card PCI-1711. As a result, the bench has good energy efficiency and scalability.
