摘  要:对曲柄滑块-非圆齿轮组合机构进行研究,为获取理想的滑块速度曲线,将非圆齿轮节曲线的设计分为等速和过渡行程两段。基于SolidWorks软件、MOTION插件、以及EXCEL软件进行反求,最终获得了理想的节曲线。使机构能实现输出件在工作区间完全等速,且具有较好的急回特性;同时设计更加简洁,省去了繁琐的计算,成为一种解决组合机构非圆齿轮节曲线设计通用的方法。The slider--crank--non--circular gear combinations mechanism is studied, for obtaining the ideal slider velocity curve, the non--circular gear pitch curve design is divided into two sections of constant stroke and transition stroke. Based on the SolidWorks software, MOTION plug and EXCEL software, the reverse engineering is carried out, ultimately, the ideal pitch curve is achieved, achieve The mechanism output member in the work area completely constant and has good quick--return char- acteristics are realized, and the design of the mechanism is more compact, eliminating the tedious calcu- lations, it is becoming the first choice common method for solving combinatorial engineering mecha- nism pitch curve design.
