摘 要:基于Herschel-Bulkley模型描述了磁流变液在外加磁场作用下的流变特性。基于动量方程,分析了磁流变液在两圆盘间的剪切流动,得到了磁流变液在两圆盘间的传递转矩方程,为圆盘式磁流变剪切传动设计提供了理论依据。建立了两圆盘间磁流变液剪切传动特性实验方法,对两圆盘间的磁流变液传动性能进行了实验分析。研究结果表明,温度对磁流变液无磁场作用时的传递转矩有较大影响,通过外加磁场可以实现对磁流变液传递转矩的连续控制,磁流变液传动的传递转矩随外加磁场的增加而增大。Herschel--Bulkley model is used to describe the rheological behavior of Magnetorheo- logical(MR) fluids subject to an applied magnetic field. Based on the momentum equation, the shear flow of MRF between two parallel disks is analyzed. The equations of transfer torque of MRF between two parallel disks are derived to provide the theoretical foundation for the design of disc type MRF transmission device. The shear transmission experimental system of MRF is established to test the transmission property of MRF between the two parallel discs. The results indicate that the transfer torque of MR fluid in the absence of an applied magnetic field is deeply affected by the temperature. The transfer torque of MRF between the two parallel discs is controlled by applied magnetic field con- tinuously. The transfer torque of MRF is increased with the increase of the applied magnetic field.
