摘　　要：针对某轻卡变速箱的工作特点,对该变速箱的空挡、5个前进挡和1个倒挡的升速过程、稳态运行以及降速过程进行振动与噪声测试,并对振动信号进行时域和频域分析。分析结果对于了解齿轮变速箱的振动与噪声特性以及基于振动和噪声信号的齿轮箱质量评价具有重要意义,并且为以减振降噪为目的的齿轮箱结构动力学优化设计,准备了基础数据及分析方法。Aiming at the operating characteristics of light vehicle transmission, a vibration and noise testing of the transmission on neutral gear, four forward gear and one reverse gear is carried out. The measured signals are analyzed in the time domain and the spectral frequency domain. The results have some significance for understanding the characteristic of the vibration and noise of the transmis- sion and in quality evaluation of the gearbox based on the vibration and noise signals. And for the opti- mization design of a transmission structural dynamics by the purpose of reducing vibration and noise, the basic data and analytical methods are prepared.
