摘 要:总结了现有透平式压力能回收技术在氮肥行业中的应用现状,介绍了新型能量回收技术在本行业中的应用情况。结果表明,新技术中压力交换装置可采用液压能直接转化为液压能的方式,可使用氨合成装置中高压氨分离器产出的高压液氨直接给液氨产品增压,高压端控制阀组能有效地控制增压泄压过程的切换,使得被增压后的液氨产品流量压力稳定,同时两端介质密封性良好,可避免微量组分对下游反应产生影响。该技术的优点:①回收利用氨合成装置液氨的压力能;②降低了尿素装置高压氨泵的成本和能耗。Author has summarized the applicative present situation of the present turbine type pressure energy recovery technology in nitrogen fertilizer industry, has introduced the applicative situation of new type energy recovery technology in this industry .The result indicates that type of hydraulic energy being directly conversed to pressure energy can be used in new technology of pressure interchange device;it can use the high pressure liquid ammonia pro-duced from high pressure ammonia separator in synthetic ammonia plant gives directly liquid product being pressure boosted , the control valve set at high pressure end can effectively control the switch-over in case of pressurizing and decompressing, it can make the pressurized liquid product flow and pressu-ure being stable, the sealing property of media at both ends is in good state at the same time , it can also avoid the influence of the micro-components on down stream reaction.The advantages of this technology are:(1)Having recovered and utilized the pressure energy of liquid ammonia in synthetic ammo-nia plant;(2) Having decreased the cost and energy consume for high pressure ammonia pump in urea plant.
