摘　　要：介绍了尿素装置工艺气体可燃组分来源,分析了(CH4+C2H6)-N2混合体系的爆炸性原因,探讨了航天炉、BGL、SHELL气化工艺对尿素装置尾气爆炸性影响,提出了相应的解决方案。Author has introduced the origin of combusible component of process gas from urea plant , has analyzed the explosion reason of the （ CH4＋C2H6） -N2 mixing system,has discussed the influence of aerospace furnace,BGL, SHELL gasification process on tail gas explosion of urea plant, has presented the appropriate solution scheme.
