摘　　要：介绍了一种工作在S频段，一分二十的威尔金森功率分配器的设计方法，20个输出端口为1：1的等功率分配，系统阻抗为50n。使用软件AdvancedDesignSystem2009进行仿真，在2．17～2．20GHz的工作频率内，表现出良好的电气性能，输入端口反射系数在-18dB，该功分器的20个输出端口的相位和幅度具有良好的一致性，端口幅度平衡度为±0．3dB，相位平衡度±2°，输出端1：2的隔离度在-25dB以下。A 20-output Wilkinson power divider at S frequency is proposed. The 20 output ports Power Ratio is 1： 1, and the characteristic impedance of input line 50. The structure is drawn by 3D-electromagnetic simulation software Advanced Design System 2009. The result shows that the proposed power divider demonstrates a good per- formanee within the desired frequency range from 2. 17 GHz to 2.20 GHz with the return loss less than - 18 dB at 1.5 GHz and the output power and phase imbalances about 0. 3 dB and 2° respectively. The isolation between the two outputs is with -25 dB isolation for the whole bandwidth.
