基于AMESim的滚耙装载机液压系统仿真分析

摘　　要：在介绍滚耙装载机负载敏感压力补偿液压系统工作原理的基础上,结合AMESim仿真软件建立液压系统的仿真模型,通过对滚耙装载机几个典型工况的仿真分析,验证液压系统中负载敏感变量泵的控制特性和压力补偿回路的工作特性。仿真研究方法对液压系统设计和优化具有重要意义。Simulation model of hydraulic system is bruit wltla AMISim, Daseo on mtrooucuon ott the working principle of load sensitivity pressure compensation hydraulic system in the rolling rake loader, Simulations are done with some typical operating conditions to prove the control characteristic of the load sensing variable pump and the pressure compensation hydraulic circuit. The research method with simulation has great significance for the hydraulic system design and optimization.
