摘  要:圆环链传动兼有齿轮传动和带传动的特点,而且故障率低,无需润滑,能够适应于恶劣条件工况,但其运行状况复杂,常规手段难以分析。分析之前先在Pro/E环境下建立圆环链传动系统的三维模型并导入到MSC.ADAMS软件中。运用MSC.ADAMS多体动力学仿真软件可以较好的对圆环链传动系统进行动力学分析。论证了在ADAMS中定义接触力时其参数的选择对圆环链传动系统仿真的成功与否起着关键性的作用,得知由于链轮的多边形效应和链条的弹性变形的存在,使得圆环链传动系统传动不平稳,有较大的动负荷。The round-link chains drive has both of the characteristics of the gear drive and the belt drive, also it has other advantage over the other drive model, just as low failure rate, absent of lubricating and good adaptability, but the complicated operation status leads the difficulty of the choice of the analysis method. Before analyses, build the 3-D model of the round-link chains drive system in Pro/e, then introduce it into MSC.ADAMS. The dynamic software of MSC.ADAMS could makes good dynamic simulation of the round-link chains drive system. After the demonstration of the key role about the choosing of the parameter in the contact force definition, which because of the chain sprocket polygon effect and the existence of elastic deformation, makes the transmission chain transmission system is not smooth, dynamic load is higher.
