摘 要:根据CYE-2井下装载机的工况和工作特点,对工作装置关键结构件举升臂进行受力分析,得到举升臂正载最大受力工况下各铰点位置的载荷情况,然后在ANSYS中建立举升臂的有限元计算模型,经过有限元求解,得到举升臂的有限元分析云图,验证了举升臂在极限工况下结构强度符合设计要求,针对应力集中和结构薄弱部位,提出改进意见,为进一步优化设计提供参考依据。According to the CYE-2 underground loader working conditions and work characteristics, analyzed the load of the lift arm, the key structural components of the working device, get a load of the maximum force of the lift arm hinge point location conditions. Then create a finite element model of the lifting arm in ANSYS. After the finite element solution, the finite element analysis results contours are obtained. The results verify the lifting arm comply with design requirements for structural strength in extreme working conditions. Finally, make recommendations for improvement of the stress concentration in the weak parts of the structure to provide a reference for further optimization of the design.
