摘　　要：总结厢式压滤机自动卸饼装置的工作原理,对目前常用2种自动卸料装置的结构及使用过程中存在的问题分别作了说明。介绍了一种新型自动卸饼装置,其结构简单、能耗低,不仅具有卸饼彻底的特点,而且滤布能迅速精确复位,为今后制造节能、大型、自动、高效厢式压滤机奠定了坚实的基础。The working principle of automatic summary filter press cake discharging device, the commonly used two kinds of automatic unloading device structure and process problems are described. Introduces a new type automatic cake unloading device, which has the advantages of simple structure, low energy consumption, not only has the cake unloading completely characteristics, and the filter cloth can fast accurate speed reduction, energy saving for the future manufacturing, lay a solid foundation for large, automatic, efficient filter press.
