摘　　要：根据带式输送机运转过程中的输送带跑偏问题,对新型输送带防跑偏虚拟仪器进行研制与开发,实现了其跑偏监控与保护等功能。这种系统有效结合了虚拟仪器技术、单片机以及光电检测等,使系统控制精度与动态特性得到有效改善,在很大程度上提高了输送带运行稳定性与安全性。According to the problem of belt conveyor in the operation process of belt deviation, deviation of virtual instruments for research and development of new conveyor belt, the deviation monitoring and protection functions. This system combines the technology of virtual instrument, microcomputer and photoelectric detection system, which effectively improve the precision and the dynamic characteristics of control, greatly improve the stability and safety of conveyor belt.
