摘  要:为了验证采煤机截割部齿轮箱综合性能,根据滚筒采煤机出厂检验规范标准开发了一套截割部试验台测控系统。系统以Siemens PLC为测控主体,ABB ACS800多传动系统为驱动核心,WinCC组态软件和KP900为人机交互界面。并运用了直接转矩控制、无线传输方式、分布式从站等关键技术。经调试运行测试,系统可靠性好、测量精度高,完全满足设计要求。In order to test the overall performance of Shearer's cutting unit. This thesis is based on design of a test and control system for shearer cutting unit gearbox test bench which is ruled by the standard of shearer-specification of type inspection, The system is mainly controlled by Siemens PLC and is officially running by ABB ACS800 system. Moreover, WinCC and KP900 is also added to the system. At the same time, key technology of DTC, wireless transmission, distributed stations is applied. After the test, the system meet all design requirements with reliable system operation and ultra-high measuring precision.
