摘　　要：针对刮板给煤机的结构特点,使用旋转编码器作为传感器装置,以PLC作为控制中心,运用触摸屏作为人机接口界面,设计了一套刮板给煤机给煤量检测系统。实际运用证明,该系统操作简单,运行稳定,安全可靠,提高经济效益。The design according to the scraper to the structural characteristics of the coal feeder, a rotary eneoder as a sensor, PLC as a metering device, touch screen control interface, developed a suitable monitoring device scraper to the amount of stoker coal. The device is easy to operate, stable operation, so that increase the safety of the coal feeder, economic increases.
