摘　　要：针对燃煤电厂粉粒料制备和储运处理流程中,灰库加水湿式卸料系统加水搅拌机使用中常出现的轴扭断、轴承座被拉裂和轴端漏灰等问题,研究设计了一种具有刀刃形叶片、活块化结构和双向密封等特点的新型双轴搅拌机,使其平稳运行时间及效能得到了提高。The paper mainly aimed at the problems of coal-fired power plant ash storage water-adding wet unloading sys- tem water- adding mixer such as shaft broken, bearing seat tipped, and shaft end leakage of ash that often happened during granulated powder preparation and storage process, A new type of water-adding mixer that have edge shape blades, movable block structure, bidirectional seal and other characteristics was studied and designed, smoothly running time and efficiency of mixer were improved.
