摘　　要：分析了十字滑块的加工精度要求,制定了合理的工艺路线,详细说明了胎模的设计、加工、检测及使用方法,保证了十字滑块凸榫和联轴器凹槽之间的配合精度,解决了加工难题,提高了机械加工工艺水平,为今后加工该类产品提供了借鉴经验。The paper analyzed the accuracy requirements of cross slider, a reasonable processing route was made. The design, processing, testing and use method of mould were worked out. The fit precision between tenon of cross slider and concave of coupling was ensured that resolved the processing difficulty, the machining technology level was also improved. It provided experience and reference for the subsequent processing of such products.
