摘　　要：针对不压井作业过程中,油管内壁结垢严重,难以使堵塞器下到井内预定深度的情况,研制了一种旋转式油管刮削器。在使堵塞器下入井内之前,使用旋转式油管刮削器对油管内壁进行预处理,有效地提高了油管封堵成功率。Aimed at the status of serious blockage in tubing wall and difficulty with packer down to a predetermined depth in the course of snubbing operation, a rotary type pipe scraper was developed. Before plugging packer into the well under control, it can achieve the success rate of tubing plugging with the pretreatment to pipeline in wall with rotary type pipe scraper.
