关于造纸机械贯彻《容规》的认识

摘　　要：新的《固定式压力容器安全技术监察规程》(以下简称"容规")已经实施,造纸机械主要干燥部件铸铁烘缸属于监察范围,如何在造纸机械行业贯彻"容规"是当前造纸机械行业的重要任务。本文将就对新的"容规"的理解,并与《造纸机械用铸铁烘缸设计规定》、《造纸机械用铸铁烘缸技术条件》对比,提出对贯彻"容规"的建议。The newly issued ＂Supervision Regulation on Safety Technology for Stationary Pressure Vessel＂, hereafter shorten as Supervision Regulation, has been implemented, and cast iron dryer constituting paper machinery was regarded as its supervising scope. It is the significant task to implement the ＂Supervision Regulation＂ in paper machinery industry. According to the understanding of the newly issued Supervision Regulation, the suggestions to implement Supervision Regulation was put forward, contrasted with the implementation of Specification on Design of Cast Iron Dryer for Paper Machinery and Technical Conditions on Cast Iron Dryer for Paper Machinery.
