摘 要:目前,大部分风力发电装置中的叶片都是作为一个整体而出现,这样的叶片在遭遇强风袭击下,很难保证自身及整个机组的安全,即使有限速装置,也多为额外添加的液压、气压等装置,使得结构复杂,维修保养困难,且不能根据具体的风速来调整限速效果。设计了一种带有扰流器的新型叶片,叶片自身即能起到限速作用,无需额外加限速装置,当风速超过某一特定风速范围时,叶片自身所带的扰流器开始扰流,风速越高,扰流效果越强。Currently, the blade in most wind power generation units is made in solid piece that is difficult to guarantee the safety of itself and the whole unit when the blade encounters strong wind. Even they have speed limiting devices, most of them are additive hydraulic and pneumatic devices making the structure more complex and more difficult for maintenance what is more the speed limiting effect is incapable to be adjusted against the specific wind speed. The new designed blade with turbolator can limit the speed by itself without additional speed limiting device. When the wind speed exceeds a certain wind speed range, the turbolator equipped by the blade itself can start burbling and the burbling effect is stronger as the wind speed goes higher.
